An office reimagined as a stage

The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) is a college conservatory for the performing arts located in Hollywood, CA.

Designed by Rockefeller Kempel Architects, the Cosmo Building project was an existing office building from the early 1900s re-purposed to a black box theater. The building also houses classrooms, offices, conference rooms, and theater staging rooms, and the project included new LADWP service.
