Leadership

Alex Grosjean

Founding Principal

Landmark PM is led by our strategic and passionate leader, Alex Grosjean, who has more than a decade of demonstrated project management and owner's representative experience on many of the most iconic projects throughout Los Angeles. He believes that there is a better way for projects to be built; that there are ways to remove the unpredictability, the chaos, the overruns, the schedule delays, and the stress; and that it all starts with having the right owner's representative and the right partner. He's on a life-long mission to bring experienced leadership and excitement back to projects and to create lasting impacts on our communities for generations to come.

"We had the good fortune to work with Alex and Landmark PM on a transformational project for our organization. Alex is extremely organized, disciplined and focused, demonstrating a high-level of professionalism in all aspects of his work. His personality and enthusiasm for the project allowed him to help create a cohesive and effective team out of parties with different organizational cultures. At the same time, it was always clear that he made sure decisions were made in the best interest of the client and its project. I would not want to do another project without him."

"Alex Grosjean and the entire Landmark PM team demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring every detail of the project was handled with precision and care. From their proactive and informative communication between multiple vendors and the Griffith Observatory and Griffith Observatory Foundation staff, to their ability to navigate the unique challenges of working on a historic and iconic site, Landmark PM consistently exceeded expectations. Alex Grosjean is a skilled individual and cooperative partner. I would highly recommend Alex and Landmark PM to anyone seeking top-tier project management."

Sherine AndersonSenior Director, Griffith Observatory Foundation

"I truly consider Alex to be one of the good ones in our industry. He has an innate ability and laser focus to arrive at solutions that move complex problems and projects forward, and doing so in a manner that keeps the people and the teams wanting to continue to work together. This is such a rare attribute that I have only seen in a few leaders after my more than 35 years of experience as an Architect. He was instrumental to the project's success and I hope to work with him time and time again."
