As the leader of the project and the client's advocate, we represent our client's interests and the goals of the project in every decision. We bring together the entire project team and ensure the teams act in the best interest of the project and all stakeholders. We bring the experience, structure, and leadership a project deserves and add bandwidth and accountability on behalf of our clients.
We manage the full scope of the entire project, including the architects, designers, engineers, consultants, vendors, inspections, insurances, entitlements, plan check and permitting, FF&E, specialty consultants, the contingency, and every element and team of the project. Through careful planning and disciplined execution, drawing on our proven experience, we coordinate the entire effort to minimize scope gaps, overlaps, mistakes, and problems, ensuring our projects are delivered in alignment with the goals and on budget and schedule.
Building on the project management, we actively lead the teams through all phases of preconstruction and construction. We continue to uphold the project goals, help the teams anticipate and solve problems, verify the work, validate all costs, and protect the project's outcome at every phase and every decision.
