Overview

Transformed in a single summer

The Milken Community Schools project was the renovation of two existing classroom wings to become the Guerin Family Institute and the Architecture and Design Institute.

The dramatic transformation included replacing all exterior walls and interiors to provide new learning space for the robotics, technology, and arts programs. The work was completed over one summer with minimal impact to ongoing school operations.
