Patti Limansubroto
Senior Project Manager
Patti Limansubroto brings a decade of experience across architecture, real estate development, and full-lifecycle project execution. Prior to joining Landmark PM, she served as Director of Development at Pfeffer Torode, where she led ground-up, adaptive reuse, and master-planned developments, including Wyelea, a 600-acre luxury residential community in Franklin, Tennessee. Previously, at Two Trees Management in New York, she worked on the transformation of Brooklyn's waterfront through the 12-acre Domino Sugar campus redevelopment — including One Domino Square and the adaptive reuse of the historic Refinery — and the adjacent 1.3M SF River Ring master plan.
An architect by training and a third-generation designer and builder, Patti began her career at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Kengo Kuma & Associates, and Diller Scofidio + Renfro, where she developed a rigorous foundation in design and craft. She later moved to the owner side to engage more directly in the broader decisions that take a project from concept to completion.
What distinguishes Patti is her end-to-end ability to originate, shape, and deliver — carrying a strong design vision through execution while keeping a project financially and operationally grounded. She is comfortable working across disciplines and navigating situations where the path forward is not yet clear, translating competing priorities into actionable decisions. Patti believes form, function, and long-term value should reinforce one another; when they do, they are what separate a project that merely performs from one that endures.
Patti holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT and a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Business from Cornell University. Raised in Jakarta and Singapore, she has long been fascinated by history and the ways old and new coexist within the built environment — an interest that began with her childhood ambition to become an archaeologist. Outside of work, Patti loves traveling and venturing off the beaten path with her husband and two young boys. She has a particular affinity for museums and cultural institutions and rarely visits a new city without exploring one. Closer to home, she enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes.
