Carlos Gutierrez
Senior Project Manager
Carlos Gutierrez brings more than 15 years of experience leading complex commercial interiors, capital improvements, asset repositioning, and technically demanding construction projects across Southern California. His perspective is shaped by experience across architecture, client-side project management, and general contracting, giving him a practical understanding of how early decisions in planning, design, procurement, and buyout can later affect cost, schedule, scope, and field execution.
Carlos focuses on creating the structure required to keep complex projects clear, accountable, and moving forward. His work emphasizes financial discipline, contract rigor, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution from planning through closeout. His portfolio includes corporate, healthcare, financial services, media, and historic preservation environments, with particular strength in project stabilization, budget control, cost recovery, and defensible project documentation.
Most recently, Carlos applied this approach to the restoration of Richard Neutra's 1929 Lovell Health House, a high-exposure landmark project requiring careful coordination among preservation-sensitive design intent, specialty trade execution, client governance, and strict cost controls.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. He bridges design intent, field execution, and business objectives to help project teams make clear decisions, manage risk, and maintain accountability through completion. Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time outdoors and camping.
